- Active duty, Reserve, or veteran
- Minimum 2.00 GPA
- Demonstrate financial need through a family gross income of $40,000 or less
- Attending college during the current academic year
- Submit a completed application with all required documents by the deadline
- Veterans must have received an honorable discharge.
